Does anyone have experience with this man or his agencies in Belarus? He seems to be in charge of two. Both sites share profiles of ladies. One site only charges to meet the ladies in person and the other charges for contact info. Just wondering about these agencies reputation. Thank you for your help.

That is one of many sites in the Angelika Network.   They probably operate off one huge database then subdivide the database into various regions to create additional web sites.   The very first web site I used in 2000 was onetruelove.com (no longer exists) which was part of the same network.  I would say it has a better than average reputation.  

For example, take the ID of one of the ladies,
http://www.angelikaminsk.com/ladies/iw3730.shtml

and do a google search on iw3730.  You quickly find same ad on:
http://www.bluesapphires.net/ladies/iw3730.shtml
http://www.blonde-russian-women.net/ladies/iw3730.shtml
http://www.eastmeetwest.com/ladies/iw3730.shtml
http://www.exoticlady.net/ladies/iw3730.shtml  (hmm, she is no longer a blonde here)
etc, for a dozen more sites. Note they all say "Address retrieved: 5" as they are all using the same database.

If you like the ladies on it and the fee structure, then go for it.  Suggest you buy the addresses rather than pay per email.  But it all depends on your technique.  Some guys send out 5000 emails, hoping to get 10 or 20 good responses.  Other guys contact 10 or 20 ladies, hoping to get 1 or 2 good responses.  This web site would work better for the 2nd technique.
