Bringing Niece and Mother-in-law for a visit

Sometime this summer we would like to bring Evia's mother, and her 14 yo niece, over to visit us for a month.

Will this be a problem, or do they simply request visitor Visas?  If so, what paperwork do I need to provide them?  How long does that process take?

14 days processing in Moscow.  Visitors visa.

but, I forgot, where is she from?  This is what we're working with to bring Russian relatives over, for the wedding.

At the least, they will still need to get a Visitors visa at the US Embasy for their area.
