OK, this is actually for a friend of mine as he can't access this site, no matter what browser he's using (this is at the same time I have no problems so it's not an issue with the site being down). Any thoughts?

Im on now - I just unplugged the router, once it synced I recieved a new IP and now I can access the site and log in - no problem.
