Bringing MIL to US ??????????

 Wife has GC and perminant Res,  NE one have experiance with it?  Where to start and how did it go?
 
    BTW we find out monday if it is Boy or Girl the wife says she knows already    we r now 20 weeks and things r great.  ))  Sorry I dont get around here much NE more> Our hands r very full these days.  I just started building our home and trips to the GYN every two weeks or so. 
 
If yall have any info on the F2B visa or another route to get my dear MIL here in the next 2 to 5 years please speak up,  USCIS is an unending site of forms and BLA BLA BLA...

If you & wife are looking to petition the in-laws to immigrate, you both would have to wait until she's a citizen. It shouldn't be a problem at all then...there had to be extenuating circumstances for your in-laws to be denied.
 
In the meantime, you have a better than a good chance to have them come visit you both as tourist/s. Especially once the little one arrives into your world. Having this in their (visitations) history will only enhance their chances and processing when time comes around to petition them for permanent residency.
