My impression of cuteonly is that there are some scams going on there.  I once registered and was besieged with letters that were obviously fishing for marks.

There was a thread on one of these boards that unearthed cases of fraud: where the same photo is used for two wildly different profiles of differenly-aged women.

Welcome! I would like to relate a bit of my experience so far. I am on CuteOnly and IMHO, and that of others, I would advice you to go on Elena's Models (EM). I have been for about a month on both and EM are successful in rooting out scammers and not serious members. I have managed to have five women regularly writing and even a few on webcam and on the phone. That is the best way to know whether someone is sincere or not. My conclusion is that EM is very good in what they do and you get what they promise. I am a 'gold' member on this site and have less privileges then a 'Platinum' member. So you have to be quick in contacting the women. If you go on the site you will see on your right a yellow bar with headings 'this week new ladies', 'Online now' and 'Most popular girls'. The site gives advice for 'gold' members to be fast in selecting and sending 'expression of interest' (EOI) to the 'this week new ladies'. It has worked for me.

CuteOnly has serious women as well but I have experienced some weird things while comparing the two. You get points for contacting, sending letters and being added on any favorite lists. You can already understand what will happen. Insincere women will contact you only to get points and get on the 'Most popular girls' list. In this way they can get noticed by more eligible men, or men they really are interested in. Quite intelligent way to get what you want...

Get also more info from experienced members on this site. There is a wealth of valuable information which will help you on your way. Another site given by members is Bride.ru (http://bride.ru/).

The trick is to get email addresses and phone numbers to get women on Skype, Yahoo or Windows Live webcam, or even call them. Go on sites where you can exchange addresses without having to pay a busload.

Vinnvinny stands correct. You cannot believe how many are trying to scam me on CuteOnly. There are a few sincere ladies though. I have some positive results from EM. I am visiting one in about two weeks. EM is the place to be. Get there fast before all beautiful ladies are taken.

3T-Ventus - what city is your girl from you are meeting?  Seem more and more men use EM's and want to capture some data.  Do not need the women's profile just city she is from.

Note Kievstar: nothing is intended to be or sound rude. When the time is ripe I will consider what information to write down and what information to keep out.

I just asked what city the girl you mentioned your meeting off EM is living in currently.  Than when you post what happened one month from now will have an idea on the results.  I can wait a month since you said your going within 2 weeks to meet her. 

Men seem to think on this board EM is a good thing however based on men I have met on the ground in Kiev many think EM is a scam site after meeting the EM women in person.  However I have run into men who met EM women from smaller Ukraine cities and results are very good.  It appears to me that if you use EM in Ukraine look for the women not listing Kiev as there city.  If there listing Kiev than search the women over 30 years old. There are a couple exceptions but generally very good looking women under 30 years old listing Kiev on EM is a waste of time.

Now I have a better understanding where you are getting to. You are just watching my back and I can understand and appreciate that very much! The woman I am going to visit is currently studying in a country within the EU. She will stay there until the end of the month. I will visit her before she leaves. Of course this isn't enough face time but at least we will get to see one another before making a decision to go further with our acquaintance. I will post if it is worth telling

After reading many posts on RWD and other boards I have become very selective in my search. I have to give credit to EM for rooting out as many as possible insincere women and scammers. Other agencies and sites can learn from their methods. And still I have run into some very comical personalities and situations. Why comical? Twice I have attempted to make arrangements and reservations to visit thinking that it would be worth it, twice I had to abort. Skype has really helped me to get to know the women better. There is no hiding on Skype. Unwanted personality traits come to the fore and act as a warning sign of possible relationship killers. I have studied some psychology related to relationships and marriage to be a bit prepared. Of course I cannot disqualify a woman for a mistake for I make them myself too. I get orange or red flags when I encounter certain wrong attitudes.

I have not met any of the women yet so I am very appreciative of the feedback you are giving. I have read a lot about women from major cities in the FSU and will try to be very careful. I am not going to stereotype them but am certainly going to be cautious as a warning still serves as a warning. Fortunately for me the woman I am going to meet is from a small town. That is a positive start already. Kievstar, I encourage you to keep the information coming in so that it can help newbie’s like me and others who are just starting out.

FYI Russianeuro is now called RussianCupid, I believe this to be the same site. I have recent experience with this site - its thronging with scams but they are for the most part transparent, just use common sense and the excellent site tools - for example the site tells you who viewed your profile, so if you get interest or mail from someone who has not viewed your profile then chances are its Fat Yuri.

I actually like the RC site better than EM, the ladies seem less "jaded", its just takes more time to weed out the fake profiles but there are genuine ladies on the site.
