New Person On Board Intro.
« on: October 17, 2011, 06:41:04 PM »
Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone.  I am just starting out on this adventure and path in my life.  Not that I wanted to take this trip but destiny has forced me to seek a new beginning.

I am a recent widow after 23 years of being married to wonderful women whom I met in graduate school.

Hopefully this time around I will find some just as wonderful to share my life and maybe start a family.

So I hope are some good guides to help me through the dark forest and over the high mountains.

 :welcome: to RWD Big-Z.

Same situation here (20+ good years of marriage and a widower).
You can do this, just be smart and ask a lot of questions.
Also, read the Trip Reports (TR's) section, they are like a gold mine for FSU information.  ;)

Good Luck!

Well, just keep in mind that you may be married to only ONE woman from any one FSU country at a time...  :P

Now, it could be possible to marry one in Russia, one in Ukraine, another in each of the 'Stans..  I'm not so sure how well that'll work out, so ... good luck with that.. at least wtih them scattered about you would not have multiple sets of pantyhose draped in the shower, multiple set of credit cards.. etc..

As many have already recommneded: read, read and read. This is a lot of differring points of view here. Different things work for different people. Choose what works for you. Is there a particular reason you are looking to FSU?
