Kazakstan to Omsk............

Anybody ever taken a train or bus from Kazakstan to Omsk?  It's an option I have, as that's where my squeeze is from (Omsk).  Been to or lived in 50 countries, but never done this...and my Russian language abilities are not good enough to do this on my own.  Help appreciated.

Never done the trip but these guys are really good for train schedules in the FSU.
