Cities in the Ukraine

I have been to the Ukraine once and am looking to go back this summer.  I was wondering what cities you have been to that a man has a good chance of meeting English speaking women?  I woud prefer not to hang out in Kiev so please do not include it. What places in that city have you enjoyed hanging out in that have brought you an unexpected meeting?  The more info the better.  Also maybe telling me what your least favorite city was?

My experience is limited to the Odessa area.  The first trip was awful, but got better each time.  Once I got to know my way around certain areas, it was rather nice.  I still don't get a taxi without my lady though.  The stores are nice in the center, and I came home with a load of Russian music and movies.  The seaside is really nice with nice cafes and such.  However, I strongly suggest you don't swim in the water.  It looks nasty.  My favorite is Potemkin steps leading to the big pier.

If you go to Odessa, please do NOT saty in the Chernoye More Hotel.  My very first night was there, because I missed my pick up. I think they are "kyobanoi suki".
