Ukrainian language law causes controversy
« on: July 05, 2012, 07:15:39 PM »

Yak spravy? or Kak dela?
For anyone who's been to Ukraine, the map they show in the video highlighting the language division is very real. An acquaintance in Odesa, Yuri, told me that, overall, most Odesans he knew would vote to be Russian if they could secede. They do not consider themselves Ukrainian. One lady I knew from Sevastopol was highly offended when I assumed she was Ukrainian. Oh no, she was Russian, by gum!

I think this [protesting] is stupid.
Been going on for awhile.....

~Think about the intelligence of the average person and then realize that half of the people are even more stupid than that~
