www.MendeleyevJournal.comFor members dating a lady with a child, today is a very important day. It is 27 December, Thursday and in many schools across Russia and Ukraine children will be enjoying their New Year party. This is a big day. No, a very big day for the child and for Mom. It is far more important than you realize.
Every December the child's school puts on a New Year party. It is one of the highlights of the school year. Your lady will have begged off work so that she can take a camera and make videos and/or photos of the event. Grandfather Frost and the Snow Maiden will have mysteriously ridden his Troika, a sled with 3 beautiful horses, to the school to sing songs and pass out candy. For the little ones it is magical and even the teens have fun at their parties.
There will be dancing. Singing. Refreshments. Laughter. This is big stuff for the kids.

How?
By knowing about this day and taking the initiative to ask your lady about it.
By conveying your congratulations to the child.
By sending an email in care of the child.
By asking her to send the photos instead of waiting for her to ask if you wish to see them.
By expressing how you'd have enjoyed being there to see it, but maybe next year you can enjoy it together.
My niece Irishka and nephew Nikolai are up and ready this morning and even as they're hit the teen years, they're decked out to the nines as the expression goes.
So, go! Send the email and then make the call. Your lady will be so impressed that you cared.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73E_iH5XtsUThis is big and either you can make an effort to be a part of it or you'll just be another clueless Western guy who likes her figure but knows nothing about her world.
Now you know.
Get crackin'!
