I think the title of this thread should read "A Fool and His Money are Soon Parted."

I see little wrong in the woman's behavior, she is only being true to who she is. If there is any fault here it is the one scammed. He went and willingly gave his money, no one forced him into this.

To carry out a vendetta against her is pointless, unless your desire is to cause yourself further distress. Learn your lesson and move on...

What if it was a 23 year old to come and visit her? Who cares if she doesn't speak English.  I'm sure there are fluent English Pro-Daters as well.  And what if she sets up a robbery?  Is it a man's fault for being a bit too naive?  In some cases there maybe no red flags until a terrible incident.  And so is it always the man's fault?

And why should we stop any crimes?  If one person gets caught and stopped, someone else is going to do it, right?

Dear Handycam72, your thread is nothing but revange, don't mention your carefullness about others.I've read your report on a romancescam, you were contacting her university, trying to cover your case to everyone. why? You wanted to warn tha professors that they could be scamed by her? Of course not. You are just trying to show her your power, to create some problems for her. Although I wouldnt act like this, I can understand your point.

But the problem is, that pro-daters won't care about being posted, if it damage their carriear it will be to little damage, even less  to the whole prodating industry as it is more often operated by the agencies not by girls.
But your posts can create some problems for her if she decides to work in some international company or study abroad, or even some troubles inside Ukraine. If those are he real datas of course.

 I doubt about this but lets assume you reached your aim, she is kicked out from the univercity, she can't find any job becouse every single company googles the names of their aplicants. So what's the alternative?Being prodater of course, she has nothing to loose now, as there is a very little % of the WM who actually read this forum.

Example:  I recently had a conversation with a FSUW about STDs. The lady was 100% convinced she could get VD from the toilet seat because her malinformed doctor told her so.  No matter what I said to the lady she could not be convinced otherwise.  She heard it from an "authority" and would not even consider any evidence to the contrary.

Well in a way she is right.
It is possible to catch STD from a toilet seat.
Certainly the chances are very remote but it is possible

This was an exhausting thread and I had to speed read through parts just to survive the thought processes in some of the posts.

So is it resolved that sex-tourists and pro-daters should date?  Sincere men and sincere women should date.  Labeling such parties is where are the messiness comes into play.  Self-awareness even harder for some.

There was one story in there of a woman so amazing, so spectacular that men were adorning who with luxury and yet as she grew to know them better their flaws such as how they ate, or the need for an anti-depressant made them unworthy of her.  I would love to see what she considers worthy, I mean please let me see just one picture of young Boris and her.  First loves.  Perhaps she is part of a harem that services the wealthy of Moscow.  Worthy.  What a silly concept for someone who is always bouncing to a "bigger, better, deal".  Until they are no longer worthy themselves.

At least $200 a day for the taxi fare - got to be kidding!   1 week in Odessa with my ex-girlfriend, about $50 or less taxi fare for whole week!

He was 36 years old and she was 19 years old - WTF!!!!! Very desperate man!!

This should be required reading for men planning their first trip.   

There are other men who should read it:  those who went on a trip, spent a lot of time and money with one woman but never got kissed, yet want to see the woman again. 

Definitely covers many aspects of great interest- and it ought to be read and re-read.
I have noticed that many guys come to forums and do not read these older threads and do not seem to want to deal with more than superficial details.There seems to be an attitude that they have read all there is to offer and they are smarter--or to smart to be caught.At the same time--when I hear details of how their contact was made-- I can be reasonably certain that is not what they think it is. There is an old saying " You can't put and old head on young shoulders"-- and many seem intent on not putting in the time to learn from others experiences.
Some will read the original post and smugly believe he must be a very dumb guy-- and smugly believe it could not happen to them. It may not all happen-- but the chances of parts of his experiences can and will happen to many. Guys who have never made a trip-- have NO IDEA what it can be like on the ground.
A very good question to the OP is asked in the thread--"why did you continue"? -- he answers-- he was in denial ie not believing it was happening to him. Once an investment is made in time and money there can easily be an inclination to rationalise everything-- and not many come to the forum to confess!!
I am thinking about all the guys that come to the forums and make a few posts and disappear-- in many cases simply because they do not want to admit to being naive-- so thanks to the op for his story and explanations in this thread--it is definitely worth raising to the re-read status.
