Is it common for family members to be on MOB sites too?

Is it easier to transition into foreign dating when your sister or cousin joins you, or does it make it harder knowing that family will be scattered throughout the world?
I imagine that if I'm successful that my brothers would join too but I cannot see myself convincing them as of now. How was it for you?

Can't say because I have no brothers. I do have friends. Some of my married friends seen some of the RW I've dated at home and have met my wife. A few said "if I'm ever single again, I'm coming to you" but a few of my single friends who's looking for a woman would never go overseas to find one regardless of my success.


All depends on if your brothers are open or not to foreign women and your success or failure will be judged and influential on what they decide to do.

Never had this experience. Also, I don't see how it could affect the process at all, in general terms.
 
There could be always a myriad of the individual situations of all kinds, which probably cannot be discussed hypothetically.

I have never dealt with an agency, but some women I met through web dating sites told me of their experiences with agencies.

They said it was somewhat intimidating and degrading to go into an agency, fill out sheets, have pics taken etc.

So often,  for mutual support, two or more gals would go together.  Could be friends or relatives.

But I think  the OP had a point . . . the gals probably knew if each or either found a man . . . it would mean being separated from the other gals at some point.  Might give some a pause.

One thing I wouldn't care for is having them read all my posts on RWD. Not that I say anything crazy but every time I wrote I would be thinking about what I was saying.

You?  Mr Sobersides?  Seriously, you're one of a handful on here whose posts I take as being the truth, the whole truth (mostly), and nothing but the truth!     I don't imagine that you have anything at all to worry about, even if your wife reads every post you've ever made.
