You would be surprised how many hard and otherwise resilient & active bodies can be found in the offices nowadays  >:D
Then after a boat tour one may have a fascinating and educating discussion on multiple interesting topics and be on the same wavelength.

Mies, you are scaring the unicorns and fairies.
To argue with a man who has renounced the use and authority of reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead. Thomas Paine - The American Crisis 1776-1783

Present construction non hard bodied worker excluded, there are plenty of blue collar workers who can discuss interesting topics and be on the same wavelength as any office worker.  I once knew a guy with a PhD who took a job as a custodian because he could think all day while doing his job, without interruption.  I also know a carpenter (who actually is hard bodied :) ) who can discuss Descartes,  Brecht, the fall of the Berlin wall,  and beyond.
After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

True, I've heard these stories too. I think most professions attract people of a particular mindset. And discussion of Descartes with a lawyer may be substantially different than a discussion of the same author with a mathematician, or a Wall Street banker, or with the owner of a construction business. I also have encountered many 5-6mo old pregnant male maintenance or construction workers.

I disagree on the particular mindset.  I think the training creates a mindset.  The carpenter I referred to, BTW, has a far better grasp of most of these things than most lawyers I know, particularly those under 40.

LOL!

Some of my equipment operators have the same profile. It's a misnomer that a construction worker is a hard body and conversely any office white collar worker is automatically a chomp.

But overlooking the gut ( I know it's hard), I would estimate this guy's bra size to be 48B.

I think it's a boy, but I'm not convinced he's pregnant.  ;)

I thought you are already married to a mature 19-20yo adult. Why would you need to pursue professional middle-aged women and get them willing to marry you?
(And on a side note, why didn't you chose someone without an advanced degree for your partner?)

The ladies I've mentioned I've dated were before my wife. A woman with a degree and job are nice to have but doesn't make them wife material. Other factors are involved. One doctor had completely different views on politics. She wanted a serious relationship but I told her one day we'd be arguing. She'd make a good wife for another man.

My wife was better looking than most women I've dated. I don't put up photos of women I've dated unless they are mine so you guys didn't see the other women but my friends and family have. Most my friends and family have said I've dated more beautiful women but beauty doesn't make a woman wife material either.

My wife is very family oriented and a sweet woman. She has the same conservative views and believes in God as I do. Not a fanatic. That is the kind of woman I'd wait for marriage. Just as you ladies know your worth and you will hold out for a guy that deserves your worth and is a good match, I held out for a woman I felt deserves my worth and is a good match.

My wife covers the most important criteria I want in a wife but you know...... it wouldn't hurt if she was a doctor making 100k+ a year.  :D Thanks for your comment.
