Anyways...I have been talking to a woman near Kiev.I will call her Mary.I am going to meet her on May 15. I was able to get tickets for 1,049.00,but the problem is I land in Kiev at 12:20 AM. Mary is setting up apartment for us,but will come to Kiev around 10am on the 15th. She does not want to come to Kiev on the 14th and tells me to just get" airport motel" and let her know which room I get.

 Where is the "airport motel" and is this common knowledge there? Do I need to take a taxi? Mary says just take free bus.

There are several hotels on or near the airport.
You may check their sites to see if they have a free shuttle service.
Book one and send her the address.

Yes, one hotel is within walking distance . . . but not  if you have a heavy suitcase.

Don't remember the names but google 'hotels near boryspil airport and in 'Brevard' which is the nearest small town.

Going to meet one woman . . . and she is booking the apartment.

As long as you don't mind being potentially kicked out of your accommodations mid trip . . . then no problem.

The Korona Hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. Its fairly new and the rooms are very nice with queen size beds,free internet and they also have free breakfast for around $50.00 per night. They will even pick you up at the airport for about $7.00. I recommend you check this hotel out. You can book it from almost any of the online booking sites. I used booking.com

There is a free shuttle from airport to the hotel. It's very close, technically - a walking distance. I don't know how frequent are free shuttles at night in Boryspil.

After landing, picking up your bags you could be out of the airport 1 AM or later. Why get a hotel for a few hours? Your brain will still be working on USA time and you probably won't be sleepy. Here's an option; bring some reading material and have a seat at the airport.

+1 on the Korono.I have used about 5/6 times  and it is comfortable and clean. At various times I have seen other forum contributors also give it a tick.It is a few kms from the airport but simple to get to and from by car.
Generally I have used on late arrival or early departure because it is so close to the airport.

Than you all. That info is just what I needed.

 She sent me pics of three apartments while we were on Skype. One was for 450 grivna,another 500 and the last was 640(this one had a jacuzi) She called while we were on Skype and price turned out to be 800 grivna. Mary did not like that and she feels they are deceptive and will not book that one. Too much money and they lied.

Does Mary have to bring you to the apartment after you arrive or can the apartment manager pick you up from the airport instead? I've been picked up in the very early morning hours before by the manager renting me the apartment. Tell Mary you'll tip the apartment manager an extra $20 for picking you up early morning plus the cost of shuttling you from the airport to the apartment.

My flight  there is 23 hours total. There is a good chance I will not sleep at all in those 23 hours.Mary lives a couple hours from Kiev by bus. She will leave at 8am..get there at 10 or so. My plan is to get the motel room and sleep till she knocks on the door.

However...I know how plans go.

If Mary already found the apartment, then you can arrange with the apartment owner that you will stay there 1 night longer.  The price will be roughly the same as staying at the airport hotel, and you can already wait in the apartment while Marina will knock on your door, and for her - she will save the trip to the airport to pick you up.
The apartment owner can order a taxi for you for a specific time, or Marina can do it. It probably be around 20$ or so, maybe slightly less. It will be cheaper than using the airport taxi.
