best places to find nice honest girls in Russia and Ukraine

In the capital cities of either Russia or Ukraine, the percentage of the English speaking people is higher than in the other cities. A reason would be that there are more internationally related jobs and opportunities to those who are proficient in languages.
 
The same would be applicable to the food and night life.

What is your definition of "good food?"  "Good nightlife?"

I guess anything not resembling Afghani food or military grub.

St. Petersburg, Moscow and Kyiv usually have English speaking locals, lots of them.
 
Also, English newspapers, like Kyiv post, The Moscow Times and St. Petersburg Times have "Social Life" sections where they recommend restaurants and nightclubs. Some even offer speed dating and escort services.

Even in cities/areas where there are a number of English speakers, they may not be so easy to find in a pinch.  It would be a good idea to learn the cyrillic alphabet (many recognizable words, e.g., restaurant, bar, cafe, toilet, park.. if you know how to read them).  Grab a transliterated Russian phrase book, study a little before you go, and carry it with you.  If you aren't going to be with a lady who speaks english 24/7, you will, at some point, need to communicate with a non English speaker. 


Another option is to contact a guide and have her/him on speed dial.. for that to work you'll also need a phone which will allow a local sim card, or just buy a local phone there for next to nothing. I'd suggest a local guide for at least the first day to assist you in getting where you're going and acquiring what you need.

In a real pinch, just speak to any teenage boy you see in FSU.

Most of them know a good amount of English; particularly involving such things as where is internet cafe, place to pee, fast food, etc.

Also, unlike USA, teenage girls in FSU will even talk to you on the street, on bus/metro or at McDonalds, etc.  So you can get help from  them also.

You can search online guides such as Tripadvisor.com and find excellent restaurants in the big cities.   Cuisine varies with plenty of Italian places, seafood, some French and German, and even fusion style.  One very popular cuisine is sushi.  You can find Georgian and Indian, but I imagine you want to avoid such.   


It is traditional for better restaurants in Russia to have live music, sometimes dance music.   But they are not nightclubs.

The nightclub scene in Moscow offers a wide variety of choices.  Some of it can be tame and some of it very wild (nudity),  at least it was 10 years ago.  Many of the clubs do not start rocking until 2 am.  There were just as many single women as men in the clubs.  I dated a couple of young RW who took me to such places, and I had enough after a couple of evenings. 

My goal was to find a RW more like me, and I am not a night club party animal.  First, I am way too old for that scene.  Second, I prefer interesting conversations, good food, exploring, nature, museums, walking, etc. 

You need to decide whether to contact RW before you travel.  If you are in search of some decadence, there is no need to write - you can meet plenty of decadent women at gathering places such as nightclubs.  Some women could be prostitutes, looking for German traveling salesmen.  If you are military, I suggest you curb your military macho style because there are plenty of tough Russian men with few reservations about fighting. 

OTOH, if you would like to meet some intellectually interesting and pretty  RW, I suggest that you try to contact a few before you go.   I visited many cities in the FSU, and there were always many women who wanted to meet me and show me their city.  Good times, and it led to serious relationships with repeat visits.

I think that you'll be hard pressed to find honest / nice in what envionment you are looking (party it sounds) Doesn't matter which country the party girls are going to be more wild / more risky IMO
