Hi everyone, we are Sid and Elina from Australia and Ukraine respectively. We are about to lodge our prospective marriage visa application in a couple of weeks. Just wanted to introduce ourselves here and say G'day and Priviet to all of you who contribute your valuable experience. We hope we have all the required documents, but we are not sure of certain details of the application form.

I hope we get some guidance from the experienced campaigners out here. We will post our questions once we start getting responses here. Don't want to scare away people with first email

Hello Daveman,

Thanks for the first response to our thread. We met online on a dating website in April and then decided to explore our relationship further. We met in person in India in September when I was there to see my parents. Elli visited me and stayed with my family for 5 weeks, and after finding ourselves a good fit for each other, we decided we will take the next step of getting Elina over to Australia and start a life here. I plan to visit Elina and her family in Ukraine by end February, I am in the process of getting my leaves organised.
