Russian brides for US Men. The final nail in the coffin?

I did think the "Russian brides " thing only has a few years left to run anyway. But now it could be the end of the road for many guys.
With the present situation in Ukraine , do you really think Russia will continue issuing visa's for guys from the US to come and pinch their women??

I think not.  South America?

Don't need Russia for Russian-speaking women. As Tsar Vlad has pointed out, there are millions in Ukraine. I'm engaged to one now.

They are trying to promote tourism to Sochi and other places; trying to grow their economy with "Silicon Valley" type tech development, and a larger financial sector. 

A few women here and there vs. billions of tourist, investment and other dollars and euros ... which do you think will win out?
