Long distance phone company - Ukraine

What is a good long distance phone company to use for phone calls to/from Ukraine?
I used WDT before but sometimes the callers were not able to connect and were getting the "this phone number has been disconnected" message

If you have your party's phone number in Ukraine, and they have internet on their phone, you can call them for free.  There are many services that allow you to do this.  I use Viber.

You can install Skype and talk to the person for free, if they have internet access.  Or, pay Skype $10 and use it to call phone numbers.

I been using this company out of NY city for about 13 years. "The Davidson Phone Co".
 its staff is mostly Russian immigrants but speak English quite well.  get yourself set up and you can recharge your calling card with a credit card with an instant phone call! for 10 bucks you get about an hour of talking time. if you call to a land line (in Ukraine) you get about an hour and 20 minutes. if you make a call to Russia you get about  almost twice as much talking time. the connection is solid in Ukraine and Russia; very seldom there is a bad or weak connection.  tel: 1.888.258.0852
