What concerns me most of all is the freaks and weirdo's because it tarnishes all men on this journey AND it could place a girl at risk if he suppresses his weirdness enough OR if the girl is too desperate to see the danger.

I am becoming increasingly more concerned as well.  Everything I hear outside of this venue normally has a negative bent.  What may concern me even more is the actual divorce rate in international marriages.  I will be researching this; however, I don't think I will be able to get data that is not demographically skewed, in other words; I think the data will include "all" international marriages.  I know that the divorce rate is very high in the South American coutries, low in Asian marriages and probably middle of the road for FSU marriages.  The men in question, as you mentioned, cannot cut it here and this may be a "last resort" vs. a bona fide effort to find a like-minded mate with true family values.

It is hard to believe that so many men hope to find true love and to create a nice family with a teenager!!!
