Azerbaijan attacks Armenia - At least 15 dead

In a sharp escalation of a smoldering dispute, both Azerbiajan and Armenia claim losses through fighting between the two countries.  The ongoing conflict is over a piece of territory in what is called:  Nagorno-Karabakh.   While there have been clashes in recent years, this current fighting is a sharp escalation of any recent dispute.
