Explanation for the deleted thread!

First, I would like to apologize to the entire membership of the board. I was mislead & posted without first confirming all the facts & for that I am at fault & apologize wholeheartedly. I asked Dan to delete the thread because of the misinformation therein.
The first incident that I related apparently did happen, but after further investigation & several phone calls I found that it happened two years ago, not recently & not to my current client. The way it was related to me originally, I understood it to just have happened, which turns out to be totally false. Therefore, I apologize for the misrepresentation.
For the second incident, I offer my apologies to Yaroslav at Be Happy. I talked with him at length today & found out that he did not phone & threaten anybody. This was totally false information related to us by the lady in question, who by the way I have removed from our program. He merely called to inquire of her why she would join our agency when she was engaged to a man through his agency & informed her of the problems she would have if her fiancé were to see her on our site. He did not threaten or yell at her. She then told him that we coerced her into to registering with us, which is also totally false. We do not force women to join our agency; they are free to join or not to join. I have her application with her signature on it & her pictures right here in front of me, as she claims also that we put her on our site without her permission, another falsehood. Whether she was looking for a BBD or whatever, I don’t know. I am however quite miffed that she lied to both Yaroslav & me & almost had us at each other’s throats. Thankfully, that did not happen & we are still cooperating between agencies, as it should be.
Because of this incident I have had to refund money to my client for her lying to us about her situation & dating him knowing full well she was already engaged & the client is still out the money it cost him for dinner etc. In my opinion, she should repay him that for totally misleading us & him, but that won’t likely happen.
As I said I have removed her forthwith & she will not be allowed back in our program, ever, even should her K1 fail which in my opinion, it rightly should. The games she is playing with us, in my opinion, are only the tip of the iceberg as to what her fiancé, soon to be husband is going to have to endure.
That’s it in a nutshell. I apologize to the membership & to Yaroslav for jumping the gun & should any more such incidents be related to me in the future I will investigate more thoroughly before posting about them.

It raises an interesting question. Will Yaroslav inform the current fiance (I presume one of HIS clients), of this woman's shenanigans?

It seems to me that if an agency owner/rep were to personally witness such a distinct and unequivocal character flaw, they have something of an obligation to their customer to advise them of the behavior.

What do you (and others) think?

It seem logic that the agency inform the already fiance of such behaviour... but i don't wish be in the shoes of the agency owner... probably the fiance will have bad words over the agency and can ruin the agency reputation...

You have bad people everywhere and agency have not the power to detect them all... maybe with the use of psy, lie detector and pentothal all will be more secure but i don't think that it is legal...

These story show only one thing : same agency with strong control are not 100% protected against "scammer"...

About the lady, she is the only one guilty and she merit a place in the scam list... a woman is free to stop a relation when she will but she need inform the partner of these end... this remember me my trip to Nikolaev where the lady was with a local men several month before my trip... her own right but why she have not inform me? In these case, the fiance is maybe sending her monthly some amount of money for help her and she have not wish stop the money flow by stopping the K procedure...

And thank to Richard for have the courage to admit in public his own mistake... not a lot of people will have the courage...

I don't think anything will happen to the agency, if it were me I would darn sure want to know that I was about to marry a flake! but you know some guys wont do anything until there hit upside the head with a hammer

I cannot speak for Yaroslav & wouldn't presume to, but for my own part, I wouldn't hesitate to inform the fiance.
As a matter of fact this very thing happened a couple of years ago at the time I left BH to work for LTP. I was put in a position where I had to inform the man of the ladies indiscretions, the end of the story I don't know but I do believe he ended the relationship, but can't offer that as gospel.
My personal feeling is, it is incumbant upon the agency owner to tell the man. He is not here & cannot observe her behavior, we are & should be viligant. A man spends thousands of $'s to come here & find a lady that he thinks will be honest, true & faithfull to him forever. In my opinion, if I do not tell the man & he continues forward & brings her to the US or wherever & she then takes advantage by divorcing him when she gets her green card or just plain takes him to the cleaners, I would feel like a genuine a$$ knowing full well that I could have prevented that. My concience would not permit me to not inform him. I would also say that should the tables be turned, I would do the same for the lady if I felt the man was not being totally honest & straight up with her.
I believe the agency owners must take some responsibility towards their clients, both male & female. We are the facilitators of the relationship in a way & should accept that responsibility without question.
I have another quite similar situation happening at the moment & will not elaborate as I intend to look into it further. But should it be true, I will not hesitate to inform the man involved & what makes this one difficult for me is although he is not my client, he is a friend of mine from Canada & should what I have learned be true it is going to put me in a very delicate situation.

Although that is true to a great extent, some men unfortunatly do not see it that way. They fly off the handle & try to blame it all on the agency. Blacklist the agency for no reason other than being honest with them & claim that we interfered in private buisness which had nothing to do with us. If the agency can whether the storm, usually after awhile they settle down & think about it, mellow out & realize we were only trying to help. In the meantime however, the dmage is already done & very difficult to undo.

To retract your statements & admit your errors in public is not an easy thing for most people. We all like to be veiwed in the best light & appear infallable, although we all know that is not possible. Mistakes are made, people get hurt & having the courage to admit it is beyond the scope of many. I am not perfect & am not infallible, I make mistakes, we all do. Admitting that is the first step.
