But I agree - that's a disgusting thing to do.  I like Bounder's comment in another thread about so many women in Canada being covered in "permanent graffiti" - it's the same here.

I understood that, how about a sweater instead?
Can't believe people like those things. I'm a cat person myself but I wouldn't want to pet or touch that thing.
