So often we see blind recommendations posted without any background to judge the credibility. I thought this was an exceptional real life example, so wanted to pass it along.
In the process of answering a medical questionnaire for an examination of 5 year old Lisa, I was unable to understand what my wife was telling me about her history. Something about an extra 'chord' in her heart. It seemed important enough for me to investigate so that her new pediatrician would know about it. I did a Google search for Russian medical translation and came up with the web site of someone that specializes in this field. I sent him an email asking the price to translate a single page of a doctors report in UA or RU. I also send him a scanned copy of the report. There seems to no reason to not share his response since there are no names indicated.
The following is the email response I received from him. His services might be useful for other members with a similar issue.

The document you are asking about is an echocardiogram report (ultrasound examination of the heart).
Per report, the girl has healthy heart and the flow of blood through the heart (hemodynamic function of the heart) is normal.
There is an extra cord mentioned, which is an anatomical entity aka "chorda tendinea", which is a small ligament that extends from the tip of any of the heart valve leaflet tips and attaches to the inner lining of the heart ventricles, namely at the tip of muscular projections called papillar muscles. The function of the chorda tendinea is to keep the valvular leaflet stable, so that it would not protrude into the chamber of the heart with a lower pressure from the chamber of the heart with a higher pressure during the closure of the valve.
Anatomy of any human being is variable with some typical presentation that may be observed most commonly in most of the people. Variations form such typical (most common) anatomy is not abnormal; it is just a little bit different anatomy (such as in our case - an extra chord somewhere where you would normally see only X number of chords, we have X+1) which has no influence on the function of the organ (as in our case). In other words, there is nothing to worry about.
