As for the average Ukrainian, they will not notice anything more or less as the average Russian notices the Ruble or the average European notices the Euro.

This is not true for Ukraine citizens.

For instance, the price of building materials is increasing daily in virtual lockstep with decline of hryvnia relative to USD and Euro.

Price of other goods also increasing, but not as dramatically.
