i have read through some of these topics and heard mentioned "we all have to remember the 10 commandments of RW" but i havent been able to find them(prob looking in wrong place). can someone tell me what they are?

I am not so sure I agree with this "commandment."  It depends on which agency and when you choose to eliminate communication.  Some agencies business models are actually reputable and facilitate email correspondence for a set fee prior to your trip.  Now, if you buy an address off a site I would work to eliminate the agency from your communications as quickly as possible.  I say this because in my experience www.Goldenringbrides.com had completely legitimate email which helped the relationship both before and after the trip.

Dan this would be a fair statment Please look at # 3 their are many types of services and to lump them all together as one is not an fair statment.
