A slow motion palace coup is still in progress.  The invasion of Ukraine started the coup and no developments on that front will develop until the palace coup is resolved. 

Putin's support among the people is sincere and his willingness to use nuclear weapons has radicalized his supporters into a suicidal fatalism.

If there is a Russian Civil War going on between Moscow and Grozny, the statement by Kadyrov where he says he is loyal to Putin "whether he is or is not President," suggests that Putin is a hostage. 

Still think sanctions aren't working? 

Whether they are working or not, the solution for the West is more sanctions and of course to arm Ukraine.

George Friedman of Stratfor tells us the Russia is too big to fail.  I have news for him.  If this Russian Civil War is materializing and escalates, the world must be ready for that.
