Calling All Russian Wives

I have a good friend who has been married to a local guy here for about 10 months and is very happily married. Her husband is her # 1 priority and she is likely to say, " I have the best husband in the world ". This will be one of those successful marriages which don't make the headlines. She is 23, from Kiev and just a really nice, smart, positive girl with near fluent English. And she spent a year here on a work visa prior to marriage so she is functioning very well here in the USA.

She just returned from a quick trip from Florida to visit some family that was there for a week and when she returned she was amazed at how many Russians lived there. I can tell she really enjoyed the contact with people from her country. It is something that has been missing since there are few Russians in Vermont.

I must admit I think of her as my little sister, and I think it would be real positive for her to have some contact and dialogue with other married RW's here in the USA.
