DALLAS, Pa. —
A nursing student is drawing attention after filing a lawsuit against Misericordia University in Pennsylvania.
Jennifer Burbella claims that the school violated the Federal Rehabilitation Act and is asking for at least $75,000 in unspecified damages, according to CitizensVoice.
According to the lawsuit, Burbella was admitted to the nursing program in 2010. She suffers from anxiety, depression and poor concentration.

Oh goodie - I want a nurse who has poor concentration.

And we need lots more laws allowing judges to control more and more aspects of our lives.

This has become a popular tendency here, too: angry parents will bring an action at their regional TAR (Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale, created to rule on administrative infringements) when their kids are treated 'unfairly'.

Fortunately, many cases are dismissed as inadmissible, but a few obtain rulings in their favour :(. When we got bad marks or disciplinary actions at school, our parents first reaction then was to add their 5¢ - or $5 - of disapprobation ::).
