Tourist Visa for Canada from Russia

Has anyone heard lately how long the tourist visas for Canada from Russia are taking to process?

Canada government has made the most 'noise' about Russia invading Ukraine.

Could it be that they will slow down or suspend granting entry visas to Russian applicants?

Starting from August they decreased processing time for Russia from 27 to 14 days....
