I certainly don't want the police to have too much leeway, because there are plenty of officers who will abuse it.  That said, I also like to see people behind bars, that are breaking serious laws.  Interesting that it was the liberal judge that went over to the other side....also interesting what the man said about many of the liberal supreme court judges actually being somewhat conservative.   If hillary wins, we shall see if it is Garland that she appoints.

This is something which I've been writing for a while in different ways, and yet all the Republicans here poo-poo it.  American Democrats and liberals are still right-wingers to the rest of the world.
