THE most inaccurate and daft newspaper in the UK - supported 'brexit' - now tells us that Putin is too ill to continue as President ..

I think it is safe to assume that any reports of Putin's health being what is behind this story is nonsense.  I have no idea of what the strategy is behind this 'trial balloon', but you can be sure it has purely political purposes.
