Wayne, It is basically discussing the building of a 4-lane highway across Crimea to Sevastopol and Simferopol - from the road bridge across the Kerch straits and the issues folks are having - in Kerch - after having to be rehoused, the poor construction of the new homes and obtaining documentation

It deals with delays to the project and those that may be affected when the construction starts on Aug 20th..
