Old plane with parts made in Ukraine. Expected I guess.

I am just curious how Putin has nukes that can fly in limitless circles yet cannot keep planes from crashing?

Putin is supposed to be taking troops out of Syria. Don't need 32 people on that plane to pick up cargo to take back home.
