A number 10 AW

Yesterday evening a man and wife came into my house as they were interested in buying a 2 acre parcel from me.

I had met with the man a couple of times for physical walk around the property.  She had been there at other times with him and their children, but I had never been there at those times.

So yesterday was my first look at her.

I could hardly believe my eyes.  She was a 10 in the face or at least 9 and half.  She also had the body of a model, at least in her slender long legs.  She was probably 5 foot 9 or 5 foot 10; couldn't really get good take on her upper body because of some bulky sweaters, etc.

But the face . . . OMG.  And she smiled a lot and never gave any hint that she knew she was a 10.  I could hardly take my eyes off of her for an hour or so.  I wanted to congratulate him for having such a beautiful wife . . . but I held off.

And she has accounting degree and works as project manager for an international company's operation here in our town . . . so she is not a bimbo.

He is also a pretty good looking guy.

I first estimated she was 32 or so and he at mid 30s.
But she told me year when she graduated with B.S., and after they left I calculated it . . . and she has to be at least 41 years old.

I was almost toying with the idea of selling to them at a discount . . . just to get her in the neighborhood . . . but I stifled that urge !!

It may or not be a sale because he wants to put a second building up to operate a part-time business . . . and I won't allow unless he puts building behind house, and he wants it along road leading to the house.

He told me before that she fell in love with the property (which is dumb for a buyer to say), so he really wanted it for her.  They are to come out again this weekend to view where house and second building could go.

Actually there are 3 other gals (with husbands) with model bodies (and ages of 35 at least) who have already built houses in my development . . . but they are 7-8 in face.

What would be an accurate example of a 10 in your view ML? At least for the face? Perhaps it's subjective but I thought I'll ask

Looking at a mirror everyday, the image she sees probably gets boring. She probably knows guys who see her for the first time enjoy it.

I've been congratulated many times for having a beautiful wife. Unfortunately my wife is not so lucky. Nobody has congratulated her on having a handsome husband.

He is also a pretty good looking guy.

Don't get any funny ideas now.

All you want are beautiful women for neighbors. Don't discriminate. Sell some property to ugly people.

It goes with young hot wife territory. You made your bed, I'm sure you hate lying on it...

Bad news.  After much thinking and 'praying' they decided best to stay put for now.
Still really like and maybe later if still available, but wanted to let me know in case other prospects come along.  So classy people.

Sorry I won't get the view the 10 fairly often.
