RWD 123, there is no better way other than the correct way that complies with IMMI eligibility

what you have posted is no different to other avenues for eligibility they must live together for 12 months either as a married couple or defacto in australia or anywhere overseas , but they need to live in the same residence and be able to show substantial evidence of this

living apart is not an option that will be accpetable to IMMI , and will only result in a rejection imc

Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

Well I am married to an Ozzie and have two Ozzie kids, will be applying for a Partner visa sometime soon... Our situation is definitely different but I might share how we go if you like.

For now, our biggest dislike is the Visa fee  >:( :D  Bloody hell, outrageous fee  :D

The fees are outrageous.

$7,000 (5,158 USD) is more than outrageous - it's enough to stop a lot of applications in their tracks.

By contrast, New Zealand charges a much more modest $1,950 (1,336 USD).  That's a lot closer to the cost of a US K-3 visa.
