according to CIA records, two months before gunning down JFK. Oswald met with a Russian diplomat in Mexico
who in reality was a GRU expert in political assassinations....

The CIA? Right
There has been no absolute proof or any concrete evidence that Oswald did any of this. That he killed Kennedy at all is a myth ingrained by the power elite into the fabric of the public through the media [who everyone knows...is full of it] sad huh?
