Pros and cons of being on 90 day fiance
« on: February 13, 2022, 11:10:06 AM »
I actually don't want my life exposed to the world.

But I think it would be hilarious.

I can't think of a more detrimental to a relationship thing ,especially regarding quite private culture of the fsu, than publically exposing the intricacies of a romantic relationship.
If it's completely scripted, then its just a job but would still bring a ton of extra issues to a relatoinship..

If notoriety is the goal, and not a relationship ,then it makes sense to me.

There has never been a point in where I would have wanted my life exposed like it would be on that show.  I asked that no pictures be used of me before I used the agency in Colombia, but low and behold a few pictures got included on their website... I nicely asked they be taken down....and they promptly were.

It takes all types, if you think it would be funny to be on 90 day fiance visa, then pursue it.  A couple problems are, you would be exposing your family/kids also, indirectly, and you can never reverse it.  Once it is out there, it will always be out there...for better or worse.

Fathertime!
I just happened to be browsing about the internet....

Theoretically I guess those on it get paid to be on it I'm assuming and that could be fairly decent money, I assume. In addition if you play it well enough there could be further money earning opportunities to be had. Either or both could end up as TV presenters, celebrity appearances, celebrity endorsements, TV advertising, Authors, etc, etc. A lot of that though will likely be luck of the draw even once on the show.

My guess is that to get maximum opportunity you have to both stand out and cone across in a particular way. Memorable, stand out a lot, a noticeable personality, talked about happenings, etc. So probably best to choose a FSW who naturally bounces off you in a amusing sort of way, nit necessarily having arguments all the time but interesting reactions. My guess that someone who is a bit different to you probably a but younger girl may do it.

Relationship wise idk whether a good commercial relationship and a good personal relationship can both be had is really shooting for it I think.

George & Anfisa were an interesting couple on there but it didn't end well for George, jail & weed business collapsed. I don't think Anfisa got very far going it alone last I heard. They were an entertaining couple and sone interesting points but not quite enough to make them go in to better things I think, perhaps if they had stayed together it might have gone better, too much antagonism I think there. Perhaps you could do better CG?

Me I'm from the UK so unfortunately I don't qualify, if I did I wouldn't mind giving it a shot. If you become a TV personality, wealthy, even just from the show itself it could pay off. Ten, Fifteen or Twenty years or so down the line odds are most will have forgotten who you are if it was just the show you did.
