I'm getting a round-trip airfare JFK - SVO in December for $491, including taxes 

I know prices dip in the winter, but last February the cheapest flight I could find to SPB set me back $800. I'm wondering if this place is legit...

hmmm... sounds too good to be true.  But you might call the airline to see if they show your booking for the flight?

I looked at the site, and since we were tentatively planning a return over new year, looked up Miami>Moscow
It started out as $529 (great price) but by the time you get to the part where you confirm your itinarary it had made 3 price jumps to it's final resting place of $1002 per ticket (not such a great price!)

I made it as far as being prompted for my credit card details.

Oddly enough, I searched the same dates for JFK-BSP and it came in at $555, more expensive than the $491 I was quoted for JFK-BSP-SVO. (Even though both of the cheapest itineraries were with the same carrier, Aerosvit, and the same flight #s, and the cheaper fare included the BSP to SVO leg).

I had the same experience as Jet.  I did run them through the BBB website.  They have a AA rating.

From Seattle to Tashkent runs about $1308 on that travel agency site in December. It's a normal price, nothing out of the ordinary.
