Has anyone recently applied for a Belarussian visa?

Considering recent events, I was wondering if the Belarussian government has limited visas acceptance into their country.  Any information or experiences would be greatly appreciated.  I went in September and had no problem, but I'm returning in June, and I want to make sure it won't be too difficult.

I guess I am missing something.... what current events are you referring to?  I just applied for a Belarussian visa and don't expect any problems??
