I was given a long talk by my stepson.
I have to stop eating this chicken and fish and start eating pork and beef to lose weight.
I tried to tell him daily stress and lack of exercise can be a major factor but he insists beef and pork should be the staple of every man's diet.
This is why there are no fat people in Ukraine, the steady diet of beef and pork. Let's not be reminded that not everyone owns a car and people actually walk in Ukraine.
I thought it was funny.
