Robbie since you have been lucky enough to stumble across RWD make sure to take full advanage of it, I WISH I HAD FOUND RWD BEFORE I MARRIED ELENA,

Robbie go to the scammers and supected agency's section and read the thread named  BEST OF INTENTIONS - WORST OF INTENTIONS, it will give you a good idea of what could happen to you if your not careful!!!!  also look up in the same section the thread about GCG's make sure you know what a GCG is before you continue you quest for a Russian wife!!!  just for your information GCG = green card girl.

You are ahead of the game having found RWD.   It can change your life. 

First off read all you can here.  You need to decide if an FSU woman is right for you and it is not all the good stuff the websites talk about.  It can be wonderful but there can be a lot of expense and challenges along the way, both in the searching stage and after you think you have found the right one.  Particularly read the posts Gary suggested because you need to know the potential downside not just about how beautiful and intelligent they are.

If you decide you want to persue this option you next need to look at yourself and decide if you can afford the effort in time and money to do it.  It is not cheap but it can be enjoyable.  All the while, keep reading here and asking questions.

Next you need to decide how to go about your search.  Don't use a website where you pay by the letter if you can help it.   There are a number of options.  Writing gals from there or listing your profile someplace that they will write to you.   Going there and using an agency to set up dates.  Using classified ad's is one we have been discussing later.  I won't spend too much time on this.  You can read the threads here for yourself.   Good luck.

Yes, and it could take years to accomplish. I lost track but I do believe that I am now in my 5 or 6 year of looking. If you can find a lady from a referral, meaning a friend who lives in your country already. There are a lot of them. I have met two very good candidates from recommendations of her friend. Also I found a very attractive and single RW living not more than a mile from my home. I took a pass on her when I discovered that her teenaged son was already a handfull for even her.
