A note on Language

In a recently closed thread there were some comments made regarding use of English.

The Russian forum was specifically designed to allow Russian speakers to communicate with each other in the Russian language in an effort to minimize Russian language posts throughout the rest of the forums and while posts in this particular part of the site are allowed, they are in no way required.
