If Scorpion is JA from that other site, it explains a lot.  He singlehandedly turned it into nothing but a joke because of no moderation.  He should not just be muted, he should be neutered as well.

For those others that may be interested  .You can take the mini bus it's about 1.5hrs and is about $7 USD one way. You can walk up and buy a ticket from the driver at the autovakzal (bus station)
