Any body used Kiev Connections?  What was your impression of them?

I used them in 2005 , One thing that sticks in my mind was the owner, a little American called Brett, i waited for him at the office on my first morning, we hadnt met at this point , he came to the office very late,  when he did arrive he wouldnt talk to me until he had stood on the widow cill for 5 mins while he fed the birds outside, "ODD BALL"

I got the impression they get a lot of traffic going through there office, but thats Kiev i guess.
