IMBRA waiver approved!

Today, I received the I-797 Notice of Action 2 stating that the petition is approved on 12 July. I had filed this K-1/K-2 on 11 Oct 2006.  The waiver was because I had filed two petitions for Svetlana, both of them were approved.  She came and left.  Now, this is the second petition for Oksana.  You can read our story elsewhere.  I was about to give up and just move to Siberia! Now, I have hope!
