Odesa Trip - Part 10
« on: May 31, 2005, 10:18:34 PM »
Warning, this may contain words and descriptions that offends virgins, closet homosexuals, those who think FSU women are all virgins and/or goddesses, and sundry other persons, etc.

Gal 7.  I have been busy with work and women here in Odesa for past 10 days, so just now have some free time for the continuing saga of real interaction with real women that irritates many people.

Earlier, I had mentioned a lady that said she worked all the time so didn't know when we could meet.  I didn't know either, but gave it a try one day.  Sent SMS and got no reply, but did get reply to e-mail when I checked a couple of days later.  Her interpreter wrote that this woman's mobile didn't accept SMS so they had never seen my SMS.  Sorry to have missed me, and the day I had stated, etc., bla, bla, bla.  Suggested the next day at a time that was convenient for me.

She mid 30s with 11 y.o. child.  Pretty and slender, but at my min height requirement.

So I said let's meet at 2 PM, be hungry as we will go to dinner, etc., . . . . . the standard procedure.  I give detailed instructions as to my apt number, its location between two prominent landmarks, etc.  This woman had said she was working in Real Estate, so should be no problem . . . . right.

At the appointed time, I get phone call from her wondering where I was.  I look out my balcony and don't see her below.  Then I look about half a block away and see her standing at one of the landmarks.  I tell her to come on down the street but she doesn't understand.

So, now I figure that by the time I can get my shoes on, get out the door, and lock 2 of them on way out, down the stairs and down the street, that she will be gone.  But, luckily (maybe) she is still there.  I point out to her my apt number which is prominently displayed on the building, and ask her what she is doing a half block away.  She says,  "I forgot what you told me about the apt number, etc."  I don't think this gal is going to be very successful in Real Estate business.

Anyway, she repeats that her English is very weak, bla , bla, bla.  Then she throws in that she only has 30 minutes before she must return to work . . . . . and that it would have been better if we could meet tonight.   Well,  sheeeet woman, why didn't you say that earlier rather than stating that you would meet at a time of my choosing . . . . I am thinking.

But, having been through this before in Odesa (but nowhere else in FSU), I think I will try to make the best of it.  So, I say, what shall we do for 30 minutes.  She says we can walk and talk.  OK, sounds promising.

But, as it turns out, we only walk!!!!  I try to make conversation by pointing up to buildings and asking about her RE work, rentals vs selling, etc., but she hasn't foggiest idea what I am talking about.  We cross streets and I show my knowledge of translating Cyrillic by naming the streets.  She smiles and says,  yes.

She wants to go one direction, but it looks better in other direction (park) so I guide her that way.  She looks at watch and I ask where her office is.  She understands this and points to the way she had wanted to go.  OK, so we head that way.  I am seeing that this is going to go nowhere, now or at any later night meeting and am wondering how I can end the misery.  Soon we have circled around and are going to cross my apartment street.  She is walking along at a fast clip, but I take her by the arm, point down toward my apt, and say.  I go that way.  Goodbye to you.  She smiles and says goodbye, and we walk our separate ways.  Me to restaurant as I am starving.

So this would have been a great WOVO if I were so inclined.  This was the last Odesa woman I met, but not the last woman I was to meet for the first time in Odesa.

For Odesa women, it was:  Meet 5.  One lasted 3 minutes, one lasted 20 minutes (this last one), one lasted about 2 hours, one lasted a full afternoon and evening (the one with wealthy brother), and one was full afternoon and evening with sex on first date and sex on later second date (the squirter, but more importantly . . . . . the smoker.)

My worst experience with women FROM a particular city, by a factor of about 100 in over 20 trips to various cities in FSU from St Petersburg to Yalta.

I don't really have such a list re women.  I have had a lot of good times with women in all FSU cities except for my current experience in Odesa.  But I even like Odesa.  Nice size, but still a lot to do re museums, ballet, musicals, the harbor, etc.

Aside from women, my favorite cities would be St Pete, Riga, Kaunas, Kyiv, Sevastopol, and Odesa.

The cities are fairly constant re their attraction over time.  But, at any given trip time, the women can be a real crap shoot.  A lot of it would be pure luck.  And, I am not just talking about sex; I mean just who you meet on internet, make good vibes with for dating, etc.
