as FWIW to my mind Kenc should be abolished on any site of similar content, his place is on the site "They lived happily ever after....  "  , of course it is not me to decide, but he is a rude and disrespectful man and he never ever apologozed for insulting my husband and myself and moreover he continues his nasty manner of behaviour with the others, ok you can call them wise people that they do not interact with him and do not argue they just ignore him, I agree that is a pure wisdom, but

Have you had any more success on getting your visa to go to England? I'm sure it is very frustrating to be apart while the government sits on their hands.

Oh thank you am having my exams at the minute , in may will have final exams and presentation of diploma , will get Masters and then will apply for visa and move to my chubbka  I do not think it should  be non successful  and you?

I sincerely hope that you have a quick and successful visa process. I just don't trust the government (no matter what country it is) as they do not do things logically or do the same thing the same way twice. We're still fighting with them to get our son his permanent resident card even though his mother has had hers for months now.

Just make sure you fill out all the forms completely and give them every single bit of evidence they may need.

Yeah it is a bit of a struggle but it should be ok  with visa , as the paperwork will be done by the special company and all the evidence we have , only left some bits to translate and appostile like degree and birth certificate , on friday it will be 6 months since we are married and yes though we live in the different countries but we are family and no entry clearance officer can change that ! 

Well that is strange to hear about your son, as if his mother has residency visa he should automaticly have it, well I am sure it is just a matter of time and it will be resolved shortly

Thank you. We'll just keep bothering them until they get it right. In the end it will work out but it is just frustrating to keep dealing with these people who do not care to do their job.
