Hi everone. Just a short hello to say I was referred to this site by a friend on Visa Journey and looking to garner what ever information is out there while my fiancee and I are in the process of "hell" trying to get her Visa.

 You must not have seen the memo. Websters Dictionary changed the spelling of hell to USCIS. Still pronounced the same and still means a fire filled pit of despair so something are staying consistent.

 Where are you from? Where is your lady from? When did you meet? Inquiring minds want to know.

Welcome EandO!  I just recently passed through the gates of hell so as one who is still smelling of charred flesh I can sympathize.  If you need any help with understanding the NVC process or with the Kyiv embassy routine, I think I am the most recent "victim" here so I can probably help.  Just PM if you have any specific questions.

Welcome, fellow VJ-er! Wow, you guys were approved on the next day after our NOA2!

It took us exactly 4 weeks to get through NVC.  Not to worry, you'll be outta there soon.

Welcome E&O.  I am glad you could make it.  NVC used to be lightning fast, sometimes as quick as 2 days.  It seems they are really bogged down with the rush before the higher fees.   

Hopefully you will have have a quicker passage than we did.
