A Web Site For Newbies

I've got a good friend, that introduced me to my fiance last year, has  built and is still adding to it,  an impressive web site with  photos showing his trips to the FSU.
He told me was doing this to help the newbies, give them an idea of  what to expect and to help build their confidence to go ahead and make  the trip either to the FSU or Ukraine.
He's also wanting other veterans of the trips to add to the site and make it grow.
I doubt very seriously I would have been where I am today with my soon  to be Russian family without his guidance, and as he told me one  night...I would have been a lost soul and was worried about making the  trip to the FSU without the guidance of two special people he had met  on a discussion group.
Take a look at it, maybe he can help some of your new guys also.
