Need your Input....

Tried to find my other thread on this topic, but gave up.
Anyway I have another company requesting to partner up & work ith us. Although I am not adverse to working with other companies I do insist that they work in the same manner as us, with total honesty.
That being said, the latest company that has approached us is www.agevip.com unfortunately I know nothing about them so am puting it out there in case there are some who may be familiar with them & can give me some feedback.
They have a decent website, some tricky programming & some flash but I want to know whats behind it. Your comments good or bad are much appreciated.
As our reputation grows so does the list of those who wish to be associated with us. Tis' a good feeling. Usually it is an easy decision & I have turned many away but occaisionally I come across one that I am not aware of & need your input to help me make the decision I need to.
We do have a few that we recommend & their links can be found on our homepage, but their number is pitifully low. But we have purposfully set our standards to a level that will assure that anyone dealing with us or the companies we work with will not be burned or cheated. By using Tver Angels or any of our Partner sites you can relax & be assured you will be treated fairly & honestly.

I have looked over the site (public part) and noted some things.

1. It is developed by Ukrainians/Russians as the English used is not always correct.
2. The messages in the 'contact us' do not show after 07/2007, either the option is not in use or the site is not visited very well. In any case it does need updating.
3. Services are shown with prices. Translations are offered by 10 letters, cam chat per minute. Also I saw offer of 20 english lessons for $240. Not really impressed by those.

Overall it seems kind of a sleepy site, I will try to check out the ladies profiles later.

Have to agree John...There were a couple of red flags for me.

Why would they put a link that says they are NOT approved by NetIBA?

ALL those ladies are from Kharkov?  Is that like the Tver of Ukraine?   

I noticed that the farther into the women's listings you get, the older they are.  Last page is babushka city.

What's with the German contact phone?

As stated above, it seems a bit sleepy.
